Great ways to detox your mind

First we need to understand why we need to detox our mind. We take bath to keep clean this body. If, we don't clean this body, it would be the source of many skin diseases. We do exercises to keep healthy this body. If, we don't do, we find many problems by the time in this body. Similarly, this mind needs detoxification too. We need to do some rituals to keep clean our mind as we do for body.


Some Simple Tips :-

  1. You should be much aware that by what you are getting distracted, only then you can reach at root of problem and can do possible changes.

  2. You should accept, no matter how hard it is for your ego to accept that no one is creating trouble in your life, it's only you. Acceptance give the sense of "Responsibility" and the Power to modify and improve.

  3. Always try to understand the perception of others.

  4. Break the regular pattern in which you are living. Allow your mind to change and learn new things by new way. Don't let it be your mind in automated mode.

  5. Be close to five elements by which this body made of, sun exposure, water, earth (soil), air, space (open area where you can feel yourself.)
